Crown Kia has NEVER disappointed me. Crown Kia has never disappointed me. Since I took delivery of my Kia Soul in Mar 2014 (in Canada), they have treated me as one of their own, full-tim Crown Kia has never disappointed me. Since I took delivery of my Kia Soul in Mar 2014 (in Canada), they have treated me as one of their own, full-time clients, even though they may see me 2 or 3 times over the winter season. Sherry Vieira has taken good care of me. When she has been busy, John Heil has taken care of me. A few weeks ago, Michael Stephenson went out of his way to ensure that a recall notice on my Canadian-purchased vehicle could be handled promptly by their US dealership. Today, Julian Bitas, hearing about some concerns I had, ensured that the issue was properly investigated and found that there was no cause for my concern. As I say, Crown Kia has never disappointed me. More

First Stop Became My Last Stop I have previously owned mostly Hondas, but I have watched Kia's ratings increase in recent years. I think they now offer great value in terms of features, reliability, and warranties. I decided to buy a Kia this time around. Blake Rexford was the first person I met at Crown Kia. He was a wealth of information on the Kia Sorento. During test drives, he was patient and fully answered all my questions -- never over-bearing and always straight-forward. I enjoyed his easy-going manner, and we developed a good rapport. He was with me throughout the process (including negotiations) and then tracked the delivery of the vehicle to the dealership. He kept me informed of vehicle status. After I took ownership, two items still needed to be installed and he arranged for the service department to do it promptly. I'm very happy with my new car and with the folks at Crown Kia -- especially Blake Rexford. It turned out to be the only Kia dealership I visited. More

Busy schedule makes for quick deal-making It was finally time to trade in my Audi. I spent a few days on-line comparing cars and the Kia Sportage was my final choice. I had a busy schedule and It was finally time to trade in my Audi. I spent a few days on-line comparing cars and the Kia Sportage was my final choice. I had a busy schedule and didn't want to waste any time so I called Crown Kia to make an appointment. Chris Donofrio returned my call and scheduled an appointment later that morning. When I arrived he asked me a few questions and I was behind the wheel in less than 15 minutes. During the test drive he explained the stand-out features of the car including the many safety options available. It didn't take long for me to realize that this was the car and Chris was more than capable of taking care of the deal. When we got back to the dealership he introduced me to his sales manager and we got it done. A few hours later I was back with a check in hand and soon was getting a through explanation on how to operate all the features of my new car. This is how car shopping should be! My experience with everyone at Crown Kia was great, but it all started with Chris! Great job! Highly recommend! More
