Great experience! My sales person was Blake Rexford and we initially communicated via email, as he had responded to my inquiries that I had made off off Crown Kia's web My sales person was Blake Rexford and we initially communicated via email, as he had responded to my inquiries that I had made off off Crown Kia's website. I provided him with VIN# and Stock#'s of the cars I was interested in and he promptly responded to all of my questions. I visited the dealership and met Blake. He immediately went out and brought around the car I was interested in. He walked around the car and gave me an overview of the car's features. I then got in the passenger seat and he drove the car while demonstrating and explaining in more details the features of the car. He then pulled into a parking lot and we switched places and I then drove the car for a few miles, back to the dealership. Blake was very knowledgeable about the car and he was able to answer all of my questions. We agreed on price and he went to the business manager to wrap up the financing. From beginning to end, I was there for less than two hours. It was a very pleasant sales experience and I highly recommend this dealership and Blake to anyone who is looking to purchase a Kia. More
