Best buying Experience My Wife and Me went looking for a car and we wanted to buy a Kia Optima LX We met Blake Rexford in the parking lot he introduce himself asked us what My Wife and Me went looking for a car and we wanted to buy a Kia Optima LX We met Blake Rexford in the parking lot he introduce himself asked us what we were looking for we told him and He took Us to see the different cars (Optima) so pick the car he went and got the keys we went for a test drive He kept explaining to my Wife everything about the car we came back to the Dealer we went inside we sat down and I said I saw a price on the internet on your Web He said yes that is the price that you will pay he went got us some numbers and we told him the interest rate was a little hight he ran our credit report came back with a different rate and down payment that we told him got us the numbers we agreed on went to finance finish the paperwork and he went and had the car detail then he took us to the Service Dept. to set up our first appointment for a free oil change everything was done and we went outside with Blake Rexford and he sat in the car and help my wife set up everything in the car and went over all the details with us Outstanding Buying Experience Everything was More than Excellent I will recommend Crown Kia to everybody they are great I never had such a Great Buying Experience anywhere else Thank You Blake Rexford and Crown Kia You guys are Great !!!!!!!!!!! More

Purchase of 2018 Kia Soul. My wife Jill and I were really blessed to have purchased a 2018 Kia Soul from Crown Kia of St Petersburg FL at 5500 34th Street. Our salesman was Anth My wife Jill and I were really blessed to have purchased a 2018 Kia Soul from Crown Kia of St Petersburg FL at 5500 34th Street. Our salesman was Anthony Singleton, who took us completely through the process from assessing our trade in and delivering the vehicle when the sales transaction was completed. We were also impressed when the Financial Advisor found us a lower interest rate with a different lender and completed the transaction. Anthony had us meet the Service Manager who explained the process of scheduling maintenance when needed and discussing different options to meet our needs better. We had used Crown Kia ten years previously and we had forgotten the good service we had received then. Good Job Crown Kia!! More
