Nobody was bothered when we said we were there to see James. He was ready to help and the ball got rolling quickly. We discussed what we were looking for in a car - a Kia Soul. After looking through stock, we chose two cars to test drive. We took them from the dealership over to 275 via 38th Ave N, then returned to Crown Kia via Gandy and US19. James did a great job going over the features and answering question during the drives. Upon completing the test drives we determined what we wanted in our car, and James efficiently worked between us and the finance department. Our terms were easily met, and we completed the deal that day. It was one of the easier car purchases we have made. More
