Honest dealership and salesman, Frank, who kept their word and honored the lease deal that was agreed to by phone. When many dealerships are marking up their prices Crown didn’t. I am always greeted by name when arriving in the service port and they get my vehicle data and quickly put me in the que to see my advisor. My advisor is Michelle Dessert who makes sure thereafter that my v port and they get my vehicle data and quickly put me in the que to see my advisor.
