It’s been my experience that the service advisors here are very good. However the service technicians sometimes don’t do the services they are supposed to do, requiring an additional visit. Also, if you c are very good. However the service technicians sometimes don’t do the services they are supposed to do, requiring an additional visit. Also, if you choose to wait at the dealership for what seems like minor services like an oil change, wait time can sometimes be close to 2 hours, even after making an appointment in advance. More

Typical bait and switch scam you would expect from buying a used car. I paid extra for a certified pre owned car because of the warranty. A year later my air bag light came on and I brought it in. I was told a used car. I paid extra for a certified pre owned car because of the warranty. A year later my air bag light came on and I brought it in. I was told by Zach that it was covered but they were too busy to fix it that day. I made an appointment and came back and was told by Daimara it was covered also but would take time. I called several times for an update only to be told I would get a call back. 9 hours later I was called shortly before closing time and was told my warranty didn't cover safety issues and I would have to pay over $1,000.00. Total scam job. This is my first Honda and it is probably a good brand. I just don't recommend buying one here. It's clearly a total scam operation. Let the buyer beware More
