Had the pleasure to meet Enver through a request I placed in their website for a new Passport. He contacted me the next day and helped my wife and I with all of our questions regarding the vehicle and the sa in their website for a new Passport. He contacted me the next day and helped my wife and I with all of our questions regarding the vehicle and the sales process. We were hesitant at first since we live in Miami, but Enver made the experience as painless as possible; so much so we decided to take a 5 hour trip to the dealership. The quote he and his manager provided seemed too good to be true, so we were expecting some bait and switch tactic, but on the contrary, we got exactly what was quoted (to the penny). After the documents were signed, Enver took time to explain all of the features of our new car in detail, even providing some helpful tips. He was a walking Wikipedia for all things related to the features of our car. We have purchased several cars in the past but the experience provided by Enver does not come even close to any of our prior vehicle purchases. We will definitely be driving back another 5 hours for our next Honda purchase! More
