When we threw a 3rd car into the mix, he ran for the keys and had us test drive that one too. His only goal was to make sure we bought the car that was right for us. He is a saint! My software and related phone requirements had been checked and found in good repair. Morrill finally decided it was my phone. Three hours later, I returned to the Service Department, after buying a new phone. DIAMARA SET TO SYNCing MY PHONE. It worked immediately! Through the whole thing, she was courteous and in great spirits. This made my day! More
