Recently I inquired about a car that was listed on the facebook marketplace and when I responded to the ad I was greeted to the probably the worst salesman in the industry. This salesman was clearly not i facebook marketplace and when I responded to the ad I was greeted to the probably the worst salesman in the industry. This salesman was clearly not interested in trying to work a deal and instead decided to be rude and sarcastic. I do not recommend anyone using this dealer because if a simple salesman acts this way who knows what the other staff is like. I am a serious cash buyer and was interested in this vehicle but now I will never bring my business to this dealer and I recommend you do the same. The name of of the sales person was Joey Sutnick. Again, take your business elsewhere. More

Our salesman was Joey Sutnik and he was great. I'm in my 60's and have bought many a vehicles in my time. I can't remember any salesman knowing as much about a vehicle as Joey. I went to Crown Honda in October and less than 6 weeks later the oil is completely drained from my well maintained vehicle. Turns out - per another dealer - Crown messed up installing the oil filter leadi later the oil is completely drained from my well maintained vehicle. Turns out - per another dealer - Crown messed up installing the oil filter leading to a hole that drained the oil. Thank goodness I caught the issue before my entire vehicle stalled or exploded. Would never recommend this dealership. I’ve tried calling many times and they refuse responsibility. I spent >$1000 on services and they won’t refund the $60 it cost to replace the oil system this week as a result of their negligence. Not a reputable, responsible, or trustworthy dealership. Buyer beware. Oh, and Rick and service manager John are especially incompetent. More

This is or third CRV from Crown Honda. Enver is the greatest car salesman I have ever dealt with. And I do mean ever. He takes care of his customers before, during and after the sale! I have been a Crown Honda customer for over seventeen years and I recently again, just bought another new Odyssey Elite, my fourth, from one of their top sales representatives, Taylor Davis.
