Everett is NOT your typical "car salesman", but more of a resource to answer questions, help you find EXACTLY what you are looking for (taking as much time as you require), and extremely knowledgeable about his dealership and cars. Everett relied on the quality of the dealership, his honesty, and his understanding of exactly what we were looking for to allow us to choose HIM and the car....no hard sales were necessary. Everett ordered my dream Jeep, kept me informed of its making, beginning to end, and took the time to answer some of the craziest questions that I'm sure he has never been asked about a Jeep. When we went to pick up my new car, It was detailed, filled with gas, and Everett took the time to explain every detail of the vehicle. We had such a pleasant experience working with Everett that my husband bought himself a new Jeep the very same day. This was exactly the experience that buying a car should be! I survived a hurricane in NY that took 3 vehicles and half of my home. I found the Crown dealership through Costco. I have come to trust any company that is recommended by Costco. After a hurricane the last thing I needed to do was start car shopping at multiple dealerships and haggling out a good price. My experience with Crown was above & beyond all possible expectations. My husband had to replace his Ram 1500 that he had just purchased two years prior as his retirement present to himself. He had very specific requirements regarding what options his new truck had to have. He had a Rambox on his old truck and wouldn't get a new truck without one. This is not the easiest option to find. It took him months to find his first truck just the way he wanted. When I called Crown and spoke to Austin I had to have had an angel looking out for me. I dealt with Austin over the phone for almost a month. He bent over backwards to find exactly the right vehicle meeting all of my husbands specifications. He searched everywhere. I had several phone calls with Austin but he did all the leg work. He found exactly the right vehicle and gave us a great price. Austin was my life saver when I felt like I was drowning in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. I have never dealt with anyone, in any industry, who went so above and beyond the call of duty. Look up the word integrity in the dictionary and you will see a picture of Austin Walden next to it. Austin & Crown made what was going to be one of many daunting tasks the easiest transaction one could ever hope for. Thank you so much for your help during such an horrific time in my life. I would highly recommend this dealership and I would gladly drive the 600 miles to get there all over again if I need another vehicle. More

John Ross is an excellent manger! Has been very prompt with returning calls, scheduling maintenance that was agreed upon on the sale of the car. When he says "someone will be calling you within the hour" with returning calls, scheduling maintenance that was agreed upon on the sale of the car.
