Pleasant buying experience. Doug Carmean, our sales person was especially patient, kind and a true gentleman. The atmosphere was relaxed and the buying process streamlined. We arrived at the dealer o person was especially patient, kind and a true gentleman. The atmosphere was relaxed and the buying process streamlined. We arrived at the dealer one hour before closing and left almost two hours after closing but never felt rushed. Jonathan in finance was cordial and informative. He clearly personifies the attribute of “Pride of Ambition” to be the best! My wife and I sought a purchase of a Jeep Wrangler for our son’s first car and had plenty of parental concerns and questions. We did stop to inquire at several other regional Jeep Dealers prior to arriving at Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Dublin. We’re very pleased that we did! Jason’s conscientious effort to find the right JEEP with the desired configuration favorably influenced our desire to visit from Pickerington, OH. Although it was late and past closing on a Sunday afternoon, Jason even made sure that the tank was full of fuel by driving it off the lot to get it done. Erik was an extremely personable and professional salesperson. We communicated beforehand quite a bit over email, and he was always very quick to respond with the information needed. Upon arrival, he had the car ready and waiting for us to test drive and was very knowledgeable about the model. Coming to terms was extremely easy, my only minor complaint was having to wait for someone to come over from the other branch, but there's always waiting when it comes to a car purchase, so that is understandable. I would highly recommend Erik and the rest of Crown Fiat of Dublin staff. More

My experience with Erik Dashnaw and the rest of the folks at Crown was exceptional. They didn't push and respected my decision to buy used as opposed to new, which sometimes you can feel "pushed" by dealers at Crown was exceptional. They didn't push and respected my decision to buy used as opposed to new, which sometimes you can feel "pushed" by dealers to buy from their new inventory. The car is fantastic and the process of credit approval/finance was informative and professional. They also gave me a little more for my trade than I was expecting. I would give my experience with Crown Fiat a very high rating and have and will recommend this dealership to any of my friends interested in buying a car. I wish them the best of luck in their new dealership. The car didn't have a front bumper mount for the license plate and they ordered the part, paid for it, and installed it while I was with finance. What a great place! More
