My wife and I made an appointment with Erik Dashnaw to look at the new Fiat 500s. He greeted us at the door and showed us features of the different models. We told him what options we were interested in and he gave us choice of the cars that met our criteria. We select one and had a very easy negotiation for the final price. Erik then got our car off of the showroom floor and ready for delivery while my wife and I met with Jonathan Lyle-Purdy to work out the financing. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and through. He found us a great financing rate and all the possible discounts that we could qualify for. By the time we finished the paperwork with Jonathan, Erik had the car prepped and ready to go. We hopped in and drove home in our brand new Fiat 500. The whole experience was very friendly and comfortable. More

Upon entry to the dealership, we were pleasantly greeted by Tim, with a "non-threatening" offer to assist.
