We recently purchased a new Cherokee that needed to have some service work done on it. Mark and his service team were booked solid, but Mark offered to have me drop off my car, give me a loaner and work on some service work done on it. Mark and his service team were booked solid, but Mark offered to have me drop off my car, give me a loaner and work on my car when they could. I really appreciated that they valued my time and realized I could not be without a car for two days. Mark not only kept in touch with me throughout the service process, updating me on my car's progress, but my car was completed quicker than I anticipated. They even washed it for me! Everyone is so nice and friendly in the service department. I highly recommend this service center! More

It was overall a good experience. We had to wait awhile to speak to someone a few times as they were busy. A few minor things on the car were not pointed out at the time of purchase, but that is being tak to speak to someone a few times as they were busy. I came back to Crown 100% because of the prior experience I had with Everett. I bought a Jeep from him in 2011 and the experience was so memorable in professionalism, knowledge, and convenience that I had n I had with Everett.
