The sales staff was extremely pleasant to deal with. Doug Carmean is a wealth of knowledge and is a fellow car enthusiast. This was refreshing as he actually got the reason I was interested in such a niche car (the Abarth) from Fiat. I was however disappointed with their service department being closed at this Studio location soon after my purchase. I really liked the idea of dealing with an all Fiat dealership. All of my service will now be done at their Chrysler Dodge dealership down the road, lumped in with Jeeps and trucks and everything detached from the Fiat experience. I hope this changes soon and they are able to re-open the service bays if and when the Abarth needs repaired. More

I HATE BUYING A NEW CAR!!!!! I dread the ordeal from top to bottom. But this time, when the time came to buy my wife a new car, I shopped the internet and did my homework. Our one and only stop was at Cro to bottom. But this time, when the time came to buy my wife a new car, I shopped the internet and did my homework. Our one and only stop was at Crown in Dublin. I have never had this good of an experience in buying a car. They were more than the standard "Friendly", they took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we were looking for at the price we needed. All my cars in the future will be bought here, period. More

Dealership was very good to work with. Lew Ash was pleasant and worked with us to get a very good price. This was the fourth vehilce my family has bought from Crown and the second time to work with L pleasant and worked with us to get a very good price. This was the fourth vehilce my family has bought from Crown and the second time to work with Lew. I would recommend the dealership and Lew when looking for a Jeep. The only negative point in the process remains the historical and long standing sales pitch given by the finance person. The customer has worked out all the details with the sale person. Then, the customer sits with the finance person who now trys to sell additional options that need to be decided at that time. This can be very confusing for a new customer who now sits there looking at all the additional ad-ons to the sales price. Having this information presented by the sales person seems much more straight forward. More
