i was looking to trade in my 1998 jeep wrangler for a newer-used jeep. Dennis and Dan showed me a number of options for owning a new 2014 jeep. With the 3 year warranty, and powertrain warranty, it made newer-used jeep. Dennis and Dan showed me a number of options for owning a new 2014 jeep. With the 3 year warranty, and powertrain warranty, it made more sense to me to buy a new car rather than a jeep from 2008 or 2009. financing a 6 year old car for 6 years would mean it would be 12 years old by the time i owned the jeep outright! the last time i visited a dealership was in 1998 when i bought my Wrangler. So i was wondering what i would expect. Dennis helped me out and tried to get me the best price based on my down payment, and credit history. Dan gave me a bit more money for my trade-in, and everthing worked out great for me! It has been 16 years that I owned the same jeep, so it was time that I owed it to myself to get what I really wanted! Shawn in financing, explained to me all the documents as i signed them. He was very thorough and took his time with me. I appriciate that Dennis, Dan, and Shawn have trusted me to return with my check for my down payment! i can't say who else would allow me to take a new vehicle, and say, "come back tomorrow with your check." The trust means a lot!! I chose Crown Jeep to begin my car shopping, and I never went anywhere else. They have serviced my 98 Wrangler, a few times, and I have been treated well, so I thought I would return as a car buyer this time! More
