I helped my daughter buy a used Jeep in July 2013 with Doug Schreiber at Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge. He was very pleasant, easy to work with, and not pushy. When I told Doug I had always liked the looks of the Dodge Charger, he ended up letting me test drive one even though I made it clear I wasn't ready to buy one yet. He made this whole car buying/test driving experience wonderful, and I let him know when I was ready to buy my new car, I'd be back to see him. Well, I ended up seeing Doug in February 2014, which is the experience I rated above. It was earlier than I had planned due to me being in car accident and my old car totaled. Needless to say, I was stressed and sore due to the circumstances. Doug made my new car buying experience stress-free. I told him what I absolutely must have in the Dodge Charger R/T Max, and he did the rest. The car I described couldn't be found on Crown's lot, but that didn't bother Doug. He spent that evening and the next day trying to find "my car." When he found cars that met my description, he'd email me the information. He followed up with a few phone calls, not just to check on my thoughts about the cars, but to see how I was doing. He was very thoughtful and seemed genuinely concerned about my recovery. This wasn't something I had expected from a sales associate, but it meant a lot to me. It is this caring nature that made me come back to Crown, that will make me come back again, and that will make me tell my friends/family to buy a car at Crown from Doug. Though I did receive a good deal on my new car, I still would have liked a lower payment. Who wouldn't?! I'm still able to afford what I absolutely wanted, though, so I am thankful for that. I have had my car for 1 week now. I truly enjoy it and feel safe in it, which is exactly what I need after my accident. Though I was sad about my old car being totaled (I had really liked that car), my new car buying experience was actually a happy one. I thank Doug for that. I purchased a 2004 grand jeep Cherokee and the Vehicle was in top condition and even with no credit I was given a very low interest rate and an amazing deal on the car. Austin was very friendly from the jump and treated me with the best service as other dealerships would not even consider me due to me being a first time buyer. He let me see my options and what would be required for me to be approved and after only thirty minutes came back with an agreement for a loan. This was all around a very pleasant experience and something you don't usually find at big lots like this I am very pleased with my vehicle and the service I received. More
