Our salesman, Doug Schreiber, answered our questions and did not employ any high pressure sales tactics - which, for anyone who's ever bought a car from a dealership before can attest, is a welcome sigh of relief! We knew what car we were after, and that is the one that he helped us track down and test drive, ultimately leading to our purchase. I would gladly request his services again for our next vehicle purchase. The purchase price was very fair, and I did find their overall prices to be competitive with other dealerships in the area. Bought new car after 24 years in my old car. My first contact was with Dustin (Sales Manager), and I fully expected to get high pressure to buy. I WAS SO WRONG!!!!! I told him that I saw on the internet that prices started at $12,995, but all the sticker prices I saw were at least $19,000 or more. Dustin assured me that he would personally see to it that I got a price that I would approve, and it would not be anything like the $20,000 sticker price that I was viewing. Dustin was right and I bought a brand new Fiat that I am thrilled to be driving. Marvin Carter took over my purchase to see it through from beginning to end. A True Professional We had already started working with another sales associate at the dealership, but stopped in late one day for another quick look. Our original guy w We had already started working with another sales associate at the dealership, but stopped in late one day for another quick look. Our original guy wasn't there but Jason was. We mentioned that we had already started working with someone but wanted another quick test drive if possible. Even though it was getting close to closing, Jason helped us out as well as answered some detailed questions about the vehicle. We decided to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland but wanted a color/engine combo that wasn't on their lot. Jason was great about locating the vehicle in another state and having it brought to Crown at no extra cost to us. Pricing was also very quickly negotiated (before the transfer) and best I can tell, below the national average for this vehicle. A true professional and given the number of awards in his office... a successful one at that. BTW, I'm told that Jason and Scott split the sale which seems fair to me. Thanks to you both! More

At Crown it was a different experience altogether. We met Doug Schreiber who is not at all like the usual salesmen. He is very patient, courteous, not pushy at all and has a genuine interest in customer needs. In the first few minutes itself we felt really at home and we were comfortably discussing our options with Doug as if we knew him for a long time. At the same time, Doug is an effective sales person as he smoothly aligns customer needs and dealerships interests. We finalized our deal within an hour at the dealership. Shawn Barnes is the financial genius who is very friendly and pleasant. He answered all our questions patiently and completed all paperwork quickly and we were out of there with the new vehicle in no time. Since then, I had been to the service department to get the diamond shield coating. Mark Nelson was the service manager and he was really nice as well. I got a ride and pick up from home while the vehicle was at the service center and the work finished a couple of hours before the promised time. The quality of work also was outstanding. Overall, we love this dealership and the people we met there. We would definitely recommend this dealership to potential buyers. More
