Great experience I happened to find a vehicle here while in town on business. I visited once to see the vehicle, drove it and simply said that I had one or two others I happened to find a vehicle here while in town on business. I visited once to see the vehicle, drove it and simply said that I had one or two others to see/drive. There was no pressure to buy right then and there which was nice. I called Marvin back to discuss a purchase and told him exactly what I needed in order to make it work. He called me back and said that is sounded like we'd be able to make it happen, so I returned that weekend with my trade and made the deal. There were a few minor maintenance/repair items that I felt should be done to the vehicle that I was purchasing, before I took possession. Being a Saturday afternoon, there was no service available, but they arranged for me to drop it off on my next trip down, arranged for a loaner vehicle and took care of the repairs as promised. Overall, this was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Thanks! More

I couldn't be more pleased with the Crown experience. I plan to recommend Crown to whoever admires my awesome new Grand Cherokee Limited. The salesman was knowledgeable about features and values. He knew I was concerned about price and that I had already made a list of what options I wanted. He worked hard to find the lowest cost combination of options; for example, he steered me away from a couple of packages which would have raised the MSRP because our discussion revealed that I really didn't need them for what I planned to do with the vehicle. Yes, he wanted to sell me a Jeep. But he was truly listening to my needs and did his best to meet them. Then, when the Jeep was delivered and payment arrangements completed, the salesman spent an hour or so carefully explaining and demonstrating the features that were new to me. (This is the third straight GCL I have owned. I held the first two Jeeps for 8 years each; obviously, I like the GCL.) He was a good "feature teacher", carefully assessing whether I was really understanding and going back over an item whenever he needed to. He was truly listening to me, not just listening to himself complete the list. The others I worked with at Crown needed less time from me; but they, too, exhibited a sincere interest in meeting my particular needs. They made me want to come back to Crown the next time I buy a car. Crown got my business because they worked hard for it, and because they helped refine my choices to meet my particular need. More
