Best car buying experience! I had been looking at the Fiat Abarth online for about a year...i decided i would like to test drive one. I showed up to the dealership on a Wednsday I had been looking at the Fiat Abarth online for about a year...i decided i would like to test drive one. I showed up to the dealership on a Wednsday in the pouring rain... Marvin was the only person in the dealership at the time and after we joked around about the rain he handed me a set of keys to go out on a test drive...making sure to tell me to hit the "sport" button LOL well needless to say this car was awesome and i had been driving corvettes for years! but because no one was there at the time to give me a trade in offer on my 1999 Corvette i left to get lunch. Marvin called me in about twenty minutes to see if i was still in the area. I came back and within minutes i had an offer on my corvette that was absolutely fair and i left with my new Fiat! Awesome Experience Beginning to End! I recently graduated college from the University of Cincinnati. I also landed my first big boy job that is due to start in June! With graduating from I recently graduated college from the University of Cincinnati. I also landed my first big boy job that is due to start in June! With graduating from college and starting my professional career with a great job in Cleveland all before I turned 23, I thought things couldn't get any better. Unfortunately reality came crashing down, and my car that I had since I was 16 was totaled when I found out I needed to replace the transmission. But as luck would have it, I was very fortunate to meet Scott Hisey at Crown Chrysler in Dublin. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm genuine smile and true concern for what I was going through. At no point did I ever feel any high pressure to make a decision. To be honest, I didn't think I was going to be able to get a car. As a recent college grad, I have lots of student loan debt, and not a lot of credit or cash. I was praying for a miracle because without a car I wouldn't be able to do my job. Scott really heard me out and truly cared about my situation as if I were his own son. I was expecting to get smirks and laughs because of my situation and lack of means, but it couldn't have been more the opposite. We talked about what my needs and wants were and how that was going to fit in with my new job. There was was never any pressure to buy new or to buy big. Instead he was a great guide to what truly makes sense for me right now. He found me a great reliable car that was going to save me some cash in the short and long term. I ended up going with a metallic gray 2010 Hyuandi Elantra GLS. It's a very clean and well maintained car with low miles relative to the year. It is a perfect fit for what I was looking for and it even had some bonus features that I wasn't expecting. Even with finding the perfect car there was still the hurdle of financing. Scott was once again just as great of a guide through this process. He explained everything in a way that was so easy to understand and I could tell he always had MY best interest at heart. He walked me through all my options. (On a side note I want to add the Scott completely devoted his total time, energy, and attention to me. This just made my experience so smooth and calm.) Luckily when all was said and done, I was able to get financed at a great rate. To me this was truly a miracle and it is allowing me to pursue my dreams moving forward. Scott is truly amazing and I can't thank him enough for all he did. Scott is a fantastic person and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car anytime soon. His attention to detail as well as his no pressure approach and true empathy and willingness to help truly set Scott apart from his peers. I know he is who I will be buying my next vehicle from, whenever that may happen to be! It's good to know that there are still people who truly care about other people in this world!
