Upon arrival my wife and I met salesman Chris Fusco. Chris answered all our questions about various Jeep and Dodge SUV models. We took 4 test rides, 2 with Chris tagging along and showing us features and 2 without. He was very friendly and courteous the entire time...not to mention enthusiastic! We were having a bit of a hard time making a decision but set down for what I call the "hardsale." Well there wasn't one and that's a good thing. Mr. Neil Linkhorn, the sales manager answered the pricing questions with Chris and also discussed trade options. My wife was insistent that we would not purchase a vehicle that day and both Neil and Chris respected her decision. We were offered a vehicle to take overnight and were offered a 2 year maintenance package with our purchase along with memorial day and military rebates. We went home and researched the vehicles we liked over night then called them up the next day and told them which one we were going to buy. It was ready when we arrived at the dealership after work. Finance guru Ashley McConnell was extremely pleasant to work with and got us squared away. We talked more with Chris and Neil who thanked us for coming back and very again very pleasant to deal with. Chris took our new car down to fill up the tank and then away we went. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had period. More

We then were greeted by Doug with a friendly smile and great personality. Doug then took us on a ride along in Arbarth edition, which is what we were looking into getting. He surprised us with his skills and knowledge of the car. He really knew his stuff. He wasn't pushy nor was he aggressive for pushing us into buying a car. Crown gave us what we wanted for our trade in, as well as 3k off the msrp. I am going to recommend anyone that is interested in looking into the Fiat, to go to Crown Dublin. More

Great Experience I entered this dealership on a whim while car shopping because I saw some mini coopers out front and one of them looked like it might be in my price r I entered this dealership on a whim while car shopping because I saw some mini coopers out front and one of them looked like it might be in my price range. I enjoyed Fiats as well but had not considered the ones on the lot at that time because I thought that a new car would be out of my budget. Marvin came out and talked with me and I was very surprised when he said he could meet my price requirement on a new Fiat. I was catered to for test driving, Marvin even pulled a car off the showroom floor for me to test, which is the one I ended up buying. I was also catered to in other regards and had an abundance of questions that were clearly, easily, and politely answered. I was pleased with the actual purchase experience over my last one at a different dealership, as well. While the finance specialist was drawing up the paperwork Marvin and I sat in the vehicle and he showed me some of the intricate usage tips regarding the stereo menus and controls which saved me an early trip into the manual. Overall it was a great experience, and I love my Fiat. More
