Excellent Services I took my 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited to Crown Jeep for a head light repair. The service department is top notch! My service advisor Brittaney and her I took my 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited to Crown Jeep for a head light repair. The service department is top notch! My service advisor Brittaney and her mecanic diagnosed and called me stating I need to have a new head light bulb replaced. Brittaney and the service department went above and beyond to help me! I will ONLY be purchasing my new 2016 Grand Cherokee Limited from Crown Jeep in collumbus! They treat you like FAMILY!!! Thank you for your awesome care of me and my Jeep! -Mike More

Oil change and Tire rotation Had the first oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee today. I waited this time instead of leaving it and picking it up after work. Mark Had the first oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee today. I waited this time instead of leaving it and picking it up after work. Mark had it completed and washed in 30 minutes. I have been taking my Jeeps to Mark Nelson and he treats them like their are his own Jeeps. Highly recommend Mark and his team at Crown Jeep. More

recent visit everything went well but I sat in my car for 30 min bef I could pull car in garage for the drop off. Highly recommend Jeff Ashbrook and Crown After being snubbed by Bob Caldwell (whom we've purchased 3 vehicles from in the past) regarding trading in our 2013 Dodge Avenger for a Dodge Journey After being snubbed by Bob Caldwell (whom we've purchased 3 vehicles from in the past) regarding trading in our 2013 Dodge Avenger for a Dodge Journey, we decided to take our chances with Crown. I called 10 mins before closing on a Fri night and spoke with Jeff Ashbrook who was extremely friendly and had a very positive outlook on trying to help us get the vehicle we desired. The next day, we met with Jeff who was just as friendly in person. He went through their inventory with us. After taking a test drive, he had pieced together some #'s and took those #'s and our monthly payment goal and negotiated with his service manager. After all said and done, we were very happy with the final outcome and our monthly payment was way better than what Bob Caldwell had quoted us. Jeff and team never made us feel pressured to make a deal. They essentially took a negative situation we had with Bob Caldwell which made us feel hopeless , and restored our faith in the whole car buying process and the fact that decent salesmen still do exist. More
