My wife liked the JEEP style and my daughter likes the JEEP attitude for adventure. They were at Crown by 5:30 pm.to "look at" the JEEPS. I was getting texts to come from work and meet Hans and see the new JEEPS. Hans McDonald was working late and he is refreshing, different kind of car salesman. He does not talk you to death or pressure you. He is a true professional, in that he is observant, listens to what you have to say, asks good questions, is very astute both technically about the car features and financially about creating a deal, and after gathering the facts, works with a quiet determination to create a win-win situation. We were looking at the entry level JEEP Cherokee with a budget in low 20's. and liked it a bit better than our other option, but JEEP was more money. So as we were wrestling with the decision, Hans was listening and mentioned, the Cold Weather Package (it was 12 degrees outside) that includes a remote starter and was available on the next JEEP model up that also included the large central display panel and some other upgraded features. This cost a few thousand dollars more, but it made the car a MUST HAVE for my daughter and my wife (who is the executive decision maker). Hans mitigated the financial pain of the upgrade by finding a few extra discounts (my company has a relationship with Chrysler that I did not know about and he identified other discounts and incentives). Net effect was we got the upgraded JEEP CHEROKEE with the Cold Weather Package for about the cost of the entry level version and we were ecstatic A win-win-win in this case. I went into finance department and was out in 15 minutes. Whole time spent was there was about 2 hours and we drove home in a new JEEP CHEROKEE. We absolutely love our new JEEP! The remote start is THE MUST HAVE FEATURE as we have no room in the garage, so my daughter starts the car (with two presses on the key fab, from her 2nd floor room) 10 minutes before she leaves for school. Car starts, lights up and windows are defrosted, seat and steering wheel warmers are on, and car is comfortable even when temperature is in the teens. I get up just to watch from my window, as the novelty has not worn off. The JEEP style is a head turner and extremely functional. I have driven the JEEP and extremely impressed with how easy it is to maneuver and the smooth ride. I have my eye on the Grand Cherokee or Rubicon now. More

Finally getting the toy I have always wanted! My trip to Crown started out not so good. I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler and they have good prices on Jeeps. I went to the lot and the first salesman pretty much blew me off. I returned he and went through my own bank for loan approval. I was having problems finding exactly what I wanted, so I called back to Crown and was put on Contact with Dan Bray. We discussed the possibility of working on a deal. He apologized for the previous salesman and assured me he would do better than my bank. I returned to the lot and was greeted by James Williamson. He was very attentive to my situation. James was very professional with the details of the purchase. I have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler and together James and Dan made it happen. I am very grateful for their professional actions and positive attitude. It's nice to know good service still exists! More
