I fancy myself a car nerd but I had some questio After having little luck at another Jeep dealer, I stopped by Crown and Craig greeted me at the door. I fancy myself a car nerd but I had some questions I was having trouble finding answers to and Craig had them all. He was very patient as I inspected various options and trim levels on their in stock Wranglers until I had decided which combinations were right for me. He ended up selling me on a slightly more expensive Jeep than I initially thought I wanted and I was THRILLED when it arrived a month later. Craig did a fantastic job showing me why that particular trim level (Willys Edition) was really the best choice for my needs. He also didn't waste time trying to sell me a Jeep on their lot or near by that I obviously wasn't interested in. They estimated the Jeep would arrive in 4 weeks and it actually showed up a week early! I couldn't come get it right away so Craig sent me pictures confirming all options were correct, we set a date and I showed up to be even more impressed in person. Crown had the Jeep ready to go, all we had to do was finalize the paperwork and I was off! This process took a very long time (even longer than usual) but that was just because they were selling so many new cars! I would recommend Craig and Crown to anyone looking for a Jeep, they made this particularly picky car nerd very happy with his 2016 Wrangler Willys! More
