First new car for young driver! My daughter had a Volkswagon Jetta as her first car, but being tall, really wanted something with more head room and space. We are a Jeep family, still owning and driving a 1993 Wrangler while also owning a 2015 Wrangler, so she knew she wanted a Jeep. I went right back to Crown and Dan Bray where I had already purchased 2 vehicles. He set me up with one of his salesmen, James Williamson, who helped me get my daughter in the perfect Jeep for her, a Renegade. The sale was quick and the deal well above what I knew I could obtain elsewhere. She is thrilled with her new car and I am thrilled with the deal we made! Thanks Dan and James! More

World Class Dealership I purchased a new 2016 Grand Cherokee Summit 5.7L V-8 at Crown, and they are by far the best dealership that I have ever worked with. Craig and Terry I purchased a new 2016 Grand Cherokee Summit 5.7L V-8 at Crown, and they are by far the best dealership that I have ever worked with. Craig and Terry are very professional, personable, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Craig quickly located exactly the vehicle I wanted (including interior and exterior colors) and a few days later the vehicle was at the dealership waiting for me. Even after the sale, Craig continues respond quickly whenever I send him a text message with questions. In addition, the day I brought the vehicle home, at one point I thought I had a problem, so I called him and he went so far as to immediately come to my home to assist me. (It turned out that everything was fine with the vehicle!) Terry is outstanding as well. In the process of assisting me with financing my vehicle, he methodically and most considerately arranged the lowest interest rate loan, which also included GAP coverage and an extended warranty, among other benefits. That said, the only reason I have given a 4 rather than a 5-star rating is that Crown currently has only ONE service advisor present on Saturdays, which results in inconvenient, long waits for routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotation. In light of the fact that a great many of us are only able to bring the vehicle in on Saturdays for this type of routine maintenance, a dealership of the caliber of Crown should have more service advisors on duty at one of the busiest service days of the week. Our sales person, John Salvatore, was a true professional and very personable. He didn't give us the run around and was not into "playing games" when it came to making a deal. Once we decided on the vehicle everyone we encountered (sales manager, financial manager) all were top notch. Wonderful Experience! I just purchased my first Jeep from the Crown dealership, and Everett was so nice and so helpful and very, very kind to my mother and 13-year-old sist I just purchased my first Jeep from the Crown dealership, and Everett was so nice and so helpful and very, very kind to my mother and 13-year-old sister. I gave him a vague idea of what I was looking for, and he found my jeep immediately. He answered all of my questions, hand-washed my jeep and filled it with gas before I drove it off the lot, and made sure I got the best deal possible. He also bent over backwards to get the paperwork done in time so that we could make it to 5pm mass (which we did!). Truly grateful that I was able to work with Everett! More
