Experience with CrownChrysler-Dublin Ohio The dealership was outstanding and the sales person, James Williamson, was terrific. First of all all the people in the dealership were extremely help The dealership was outstanding and the sales person, James Williamson, was terrific. First of all all the people in the dealership were extremely helpful. I ordered a new chrysler Pacifica from the factory and they were quite helpful in helping me choose the options I wanted but also suggesting some options the I probably did not need. They kept me apprised of the status in manufacturing and delivery. Most importantly that were able to make arrangements for me to have it titled and registered in florida. The sales person was extremely responsive and did everything he could to make the process flow well. Once the car arrived he took quite a bit of time to set up Sirius/XM radio and the bluetooth with the I phone. He also took great pains and time to introduce and train us on several of the features of the van. He was very helpful when I returned after taking delivery to resolve issues I had regarding some features where I did not understand how they worked. In summary the overall experience was outstanding. More

He was very kind and patience with us while we looked and decided on a jeep. He did his best to help keep our payments down and was very detailed on his information on all the vehicles as we were looking. He came in on his day off so we could finalize and pick up the vehicle!! That was so great!
