Very good, every time we have been there! It's very nice to deal with people that know what they are doing. I have many different FCA vehicles and our sales consultant Dan Pierce and service It's very nice to deal with people that know what they are doing. I have many different FCA vehicles and our sales consultant Dan Pierce and service manager Ty Ramsey have always taken care of us. Dan has taken care of us for the last two FCA products we have purchased and both were very pleasant transactions. Ty is not just a liaison between the service techs and the customer, he is very knowledgeable of cars and takes the time to understand what needs attention and has a good idea of what the repair will be before it goes back to the shop. He then can make sure it is fixed correctly the first time so I don't have to return. I really like that! A+++ More
Very happy with my Jeep Renegade I had little intention to buy with Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge when I visited around September 2015. I really just wanted to test drive a Jeep Renegade I had little intention to buy with Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge when I visited around September 2015. I really just wanted to test drive a Jeep Renegade to see if I even wanted an SUV vs sedan. Didn't have the money for it yet or anything. However, Lew Ash still treated me like a normal customer and gave me great advice without pressuring me. A few months later he followed up with me just to see if I was still in the market for an SUV, and by that time I had the money but they did not have the color, nor the trim of the Jeep Renegade I wanted so I was still not 100% serious about buying. Yet Lew was still very courteous and patient with me. When I finally told him my concerns about color, etc. he promptly made a few calls and arranged for the car to be brought to me from Cincinnati! Amazing customer service in my opinion. It took me over 4 months to make a decision, and the only dealer in the city that had the persistence and patience to cater to my needs/situation was Lew Ash. By January 2016 I had my black on black Jeep Renegade and now I couldn't be more happy with the buying process and the car's performance thus far! More

Drove to get trade in because I was just looking to start with. John was a great salesman with no pressure, maybe even going to meet later to eat at Benny's. Great guy all around. Left with a great deal on a 2015 Renegade including no pressure from the finance for extended warrenty but he did help get the lowest rate possible on my loan. Great experience in car buying! More
Scared Away by Service On Monday, August 15, 2016, Check-Engine Light lit, while driving to a dog training session. Pulled off the road to call Crown Service. Told by representative that the car could not be seen until Monday, August 22, 2016, and if the light started blinking to stop driving it immediately. Ummm . . . with dogs in the car, and on the side of a busy road? Really? Not the kind of urgency I would have expected from the representative. Not only that, most tow truck drivers will NOT take dogs. These dogs are our equivalents of other people's kids. Not acceptable. Then on Tuesday, I shared my concerns via the online service page, which resulted in a call from a surveying agency, as what must have been a delay or diversionary tactic, because the person with whom we spoke had absolutely no clue why she was talking to us. She thought it was in regards to a new sale. She simply said go back to the dealership and talk to the manager. So, let me get this straight: I must take time off work to talk to a manager, in order to get the level of urgent customer service that should have been delivered at the beginning. Nope, not going to happen. The bottom line: We will take the car into Service on Monday, August 22nd to have the Check-Engine light issue resolved, then we are trading it. We use the car to transport dogs. We must have something reliable and a service department that treats us with respect in light of that. More
Customer for life ... No one around better ! This isn't the first or last experience with this dealership. I first found them 4 years ago when. Searching for a car for my soon to be wife. I found them on true car and called and has the pleasure to speak to a man named Craig Gowitzka. From the first phone call Craig was very professional and courtesy. I explained to him I hate shopping I don't like the back and forth I know what I want and I won't settle and please do not try to change my mind and do not pressure me. He laughed and said that he was here to help get me what I wanted and said he would do his best to do that. That first experience with him and the dealership sold me on them from the time I walked in to leaving with the car. It was a awesome experience. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of and he did his best to get what I wanted even tho the actual car I wanted was in Michigan he arranged for a dealer trade and even had the windows tinted before we picked up the car. Of the next 4 years I sent everyone that would listen to me to Craig to buy cars . Last week my wife and I decided it was time for new rides so I called up Craig and talked to im even tho I haven't talked to him in a few years he remembered me he asked how I was doing and how my family was. I explained to him what I wanted and they actually had the car just come in on trade that we priced right and a good deal. I came in and drove the car the next day... It took a couple days to get everything in order but Craig was very nice through the whole process. As always it was a pleasure seeing him and catching up. And again he found us what we needed and this time we ended up buying 2 cars and not just one. Over all the dealership as a whole is awesome from the finance guys to the managers that work the desk to the guys in the service department! My experience has all around be positive and pleasant. I know loyalty is t so common these days but Craig has a loyal customer and I feel I can trust him to do what's right which is hard with car salesmen !!!if your in the market for a new dodge or any of the other ones they sell.. Don't hesitate to stop in and let them work with you. You won't be sorry More
