Sunshine on a Cloudy Day!!! I came to the dealership to have oil change done on my Chrysler 300. No sooner then I stepped out of my vehicle I was met by a salesman. Typical right I came to the dealership to have oil change done on my Chrysler 300. No sooner then I stepped out of my vehicle I was met by a salesman. Typical right? Wrong! Chase introduced himself to me and informed me that I was missing a tag bolt. He said he noticed it as I was pulling in. He then went into the shop to find me a tag bolt, which I’m sure was an adventure for him seeing as it was his first day with the Chattanooga dealership. After he fixed it, he made a joke saying “No wonder your pulling into the service lane, your Trade me Now light is flashing on your dash.” I thought it was funny, and was surprised at the treatment I was receiving from him despite the fact I was only there for service. He gave me a card, and said “google my name”. Upon doing so, I learned that everyone receives this outstanding treatment from him. I’m not in the market right now, but when I am he will be hearing from me. He has EARNED my business! More
