Larry exceeds expectations I recently had service done on a 3/4 ton truck and had some issues. Larry not only addressed these problems, he brought solutions. I later purchased a 1 ton from another dealer and called him for a price on tires, not only was his the best price in town, he went out of the way to rectify problems that we had. Crown made a great decision putting Mr. Larry Dales in charge of the service department. More

Great Experience!!! Kregg Ware was my salesman and I must say, he was great. Customer Service The dealership really needs to address the issues with folks answering the telephone. It took 4 calls today to get to the service dept. Combined time The dealership really needs to address the issues with folks answering the telephone. It took 4 calls today to get to the service dept. Combined time for the 4 calls was approximately 50 minutes with the fourth call being 37 minutes on hold. Once I got to a person, 5 minutes to schedule service.
