My lease was anticipated to run out in the new year, and my husband has had interest in trading in his vehicle. Our visit was impromptu, with the goal of just exploring our options. Within less than a minute of arriving, we were greeted in the parking lot by our salesman, Johnathan Poteet. He took the time to learn about our vehicle needs and preferences, share about current Wrangler options, and take us on test drives so we could compare our experiences. As opposed to past car buying experiences, we felt supported rather than pressured. Ultimately, we each ended up purchasing Wranglers! We had wonderful experiences with Jason in Finance as well. Would highly recommend this dealership, and would specifically recommend Johnathan Poteet for his support and guidance throughout the process. More

Improved! Several months back I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from the Crown dealership and it wasn’t the best experience. I literally stood around waiting to Several months back I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from the Crown dealership and it wasn’t the best experience. I literally stood around waiting to be approached for more then an hour, before I walked to the managers desk to ask if I was allowed to buy a car. I know that seems rude but I value my time just as much as anyone. A few months later I was in for routine maintenance on my Jeep and due to lack of communication from the service department it wasn’t that pleasant of an experience either. Today I returned yet again for service fully expecting another disappointment. My initial contact with service this time was great, as it was the previous time, but I honestly expected it to go down hill from there. After sitting in the waiting area for around an hour my boredom got the best of me and I went exploring the showroom. I wasn’t 20 feet into the showroom before I was approached by a salesman. I made a smart remark about the fact that when I was there to buy my Jeep I had to beg to be talked to and now I am approached immediately. The salesman sincerely apologized for the past experience and continued to introduce himself as Chase. I could tell immediately he was a go getter and was a lot different from the salesman from before. 5 minutes into our conversation another salesman that I didn’t recognize walked by and said to me “Your with the right one” referring to Chase. Chase told me his name and spent the next 5-10 minutes talking about the other salesman. Nothing but respect between those two. We spent about 45 minutes total in conversation and that 45 minutes completely changed my opinion on The Crown dealership. Upon shaking hands to part ways I asked Chase for a business card only to realize he has only been with this dealership for two weeks. I’m blown away with the professionalism he had about himself, it was almost as if I was venting to a manager. Keep it up Crown, these men are going to make the difference for y’all. More

Superb Experience Chris Story did an excellent job in assisting me with a BMW 328i of which I fell in love with. However, he nearly talked me into buying a low mileage Toyota Corolla (imagine that, walked in to look at a Beemer and he nearly sold me a Toyota!). Come to find out the Toyota sold moments before we looked at it; that is probably the only reason Chris did not get me into a car that day. . More
