This place... So I have tried to buy a car/truck here multiple times. They treat you like your an idiot half the time or like you can't afford anything on their lo So I have tried to buy a car/truck here multiple times. They treat you like your an idiot half the time or like you can't afford anything on their lot if you don't pull up in something brand new(alot of us have work vehicles). Their parts department is consistently rude and take advantage of you when possible. I recently bought a key blank for my work truck (not a chip key either) and was charged $20.00. This is ridiculous! We have traveled 5 hours to Roanoke VA twice now in order to buy a vehicle. As of today and again not being waited on it looks like our 3rd will come from Roanoke as well. These people are not dedicated to the Dodge/Mopar name and have no clue what it should mean to represent these brands! More

Untrustworthy (updated) Walked in to make an appointment a few days out. Asked if the parts were in stock, told yes. Dropped car off and was told it would probably be the end of the day. It wasn't. They had to order parts. One part that wasn't there when I picked up my Durango was the new key fob. I never was contacted about it...until today (1.5 months or so later) because they switched my info with another customer, accused me of identify theft, told the customer they have me on video, and then gave the customer my personal contact information. Customer proceeded to threaten to call the police on me and now NONE of the managers I've left voicemails for will call me back. Horrible business! Oh, and I still don't have my key fob. UPDATED: The dealership called me multiple times to address their company sharing my contact information to another customer while explaining that an employee that had been let go mixed records up. They made good on my part, apologized, and were very customer focused. I was very impressed! Lance and Larry got everything figured out. UPDATE 2: Well, they got me mixed in with another bad review about warranty work that has nothing to do with me. Maybe someone there can teach the others how to use a computer. :) More
