In short, I have been a Cusomer of Crown Cadillac though the Leasing of 2 Sevells STSs and the leasing of 04 Escalade, culmintating with the purchase of an 07 Escalade. That being said, for the most part the Leasing of 2 Sevells STSs and the leasing of 04 Escalade, culmintating with the purchase of an 07 Escalade. That being said, for the most part of have been very satisfied with your Sales Department and most satisfed with your Service Department. The Service Department and it technical support staff have maintained and provided appropreiate diagnostics in the resolution of my needs to date. The entire staff has polite, couteous and timely in their responses. They have also provided proactive consutation regarding the continued care of my Escalade, for which I have tried to respond in kind in an effort to keep me and my Family safe while operationg my vehicle. Which has also been most helpful while trying to avoid unwanted/additional repairs cost. The Crown Caddilac Service Department efforts and dedication to service is greatly appreciated.
