I have been dealing with Crown Cadillac for many many years, I believe I have purchased 4 or 5 cars from them. The only reason I keep coming back to them is that they live up to everything they say in years, I believe I have purchased 4 or 5 cars from them. Plus, I learned later, that he still came in that day to see me off even though he had a major personal problem at home. It would have been very easy, but not right, for him to hand me off to one of his peers. I came to Crown when I was looking to purchase my first CTS. While the salesman was nice to speak with and friendly, he would not allow me to test drive the vehicle. He drove around while I had to sit in t CTS. While the salesman was nice to speak with and friendly, he would not allow me to test drive the vehicle. He drove around while I had to sit in the passenger seat. How are you supposed to tell if you like the way a vehicle drives if you aren't allowed to drive it??? I also found Crown's prices to be exceptionally overpriced. There are so many surrounding Cadillac dealerships that had much lower prices and were willing to negotiate (they said the price is the price). Needless to say I purchased my CTS elsewhere. More
