My New 2015 GMC Yukon Denali After patiently waiting delivery of my new car, it came in with the rear tailgate malfunctioning. The GMC technicians in Detroit thought it was a prog After patiently waiting delivery of my new car, it came in with the rear tailgate malfunctioning. The GMC technicians in Detroit thought it was a programming error and were never able to be of any help. The service technicians at Crown disassembled the tailgate and struts and found a broken part. To avoid delaying service associated with ordering a new part, they took one from another new vehicle and got me back in my car. That was way above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Kudos to the Crown Service Department and my Service Representative James Kober who kept me advised and bent over backwards to solve my problem and make my experience a great one. I have gotten my previous cars serviced at Crown and have always been thrilled.Thanks Crown and James Kober!!!! More

Vacation Issue We were on vacation in St. Petersburg and we had an issue with an Oil Pressure Sensor. I called the dealer as soon as I could and they got me in the same day. Michael was very helpful in getting us into a rental car at no cost to make sure that our vacation was not ruined by car issues. We had the rental for one day and he called the next and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the same day. He also fixed another issue that we had with the airbag sensor at no cost to us. I received my car and continued with our vacation. We had no issues driving it home either. We were amazed with the service that Michael gave us, he put our vacation first. Thanks Michael More

Test drove the new 2015 Yukon with Eric Gerts. Very informed on this deluxe new state of the art ride. GM really did a great design.
