When i picked up my new car the was a defect in the A-Pillar, just didn't fit right and I was very unhappy wity the way it looked. Not only did Bill realize that the part that was ordered was the wrong part, when the new part that he ordered came in, he installed it himself. No lines, no waiting, no appointment. He took good care of me. I am therefore very excited that he is my service advisor for as long as own my Buick, or for as long as he works there. Bill you're not allowed to leave for at least 5 years ;) Thank you! More
LIARS- DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY After my visit with Crown Buick today I am completely disgusted to say the least. I feel belittled. I never in my life have been treated like this before. We had went in the Crown Buick after seeing an ad for a used van listed as $13,995.00 online. We looked at the van and said it was great. We let the woman know we were interested in it, and made an offer of $10,500. (Knowing that theres always room for negotiation on car purchase!) The woman who we were working with Tammy, came back and said it was listed incorrectly online that is was really $15,995.00 and that they would honor the price of $13,995.00 but only for today. We thought about and went back and forth with prices with Tammy, and she would go to her supervisors and managers to go over with the prices. Finally we agreed to pay $13,995.00 for this vehicle. ALL OF A SUDDEN, they decided to not honor the price and Tammy acted like she never had told us they would honor this number, a complete blatant lie. I could not believe this woman was completely lying to our faces. The manager who was the most arrogant, condescending person I have ever attempted to do business with came over to us, just to belittle us. Instead of coming over to us and treating us properly like a manager of a Car Dealership should. He had said to us "Your the ones who gave me the completely insulted offer of $10,500.00 on that car." I was completely taken back. When ever you purchase a car, house, etc. you ALWAYS haggle and go back and forth with prices! We knew we weren't going to get it for $10,500 but we needed somewhere to start. Needless to say this was not a comment a manager should say to potential clients. Throwing lie after lie. They acted as if Tammy never went back to them with the prices. Coming up with lame excuses that it was not incorrectly priced, but that theres really $3,000.00 that gets tacked on for fees. Well that didn't make sense, because then that would make the cars price $16,995.00 and not $15,995.00. They treated us as if we were stupid since we are young. They never would of pulled a stunt like this on some who was older in age. I honestly felt like I was in the twilight zone when walking out of the dealership, after being insulted and abused. They always say never trust a used car salesman, and now I know why. I would never give this dealership my money. I would rather walk, and get where I need to get instead of buy a vehicle from Crown Buick! Especially that manager Mike Mathis, and Tammy Wagner that lying saleswoman! More

So I cannot afford for my vehicle to be down for any length of time, and am very picky about who I have work on my family’s vehicles. As a result, I take our vehicles to Greg Berry, my advisor and Brian Hartford, my mechanic, at Crown Buick GMC, to provide the regular maintenance on them. I trust them for both their competency and their honesty. I don’t have to worry about whether or not the job will get done right or whether or not I’m getting an honest deal. I know that they work towards my best interest and help keep my vehicles in optimum condition, which I must have when I’m out on business trips. They are my Go-To people when it comes to all the vehicles in our family. …. I also go to Crown Buick GMC because of the nice, clean, friendly and updated area they provide to those of us who wait for our cars to be serviced. I usually bring my laptop and get situated on the table or desk and am able to get a lot of work done, as though I’m in my own office. The waiting area is a nice environment also for those who just want to sit back and relax while waiting for their vehicle. … Crown Buick GMC gives me no reason to look elsewhere for my car maintenance. Very pleased with them. More

Bill was busy so he asked Abi to assist until he was free. Abi entered all of my info and concerns and I just mentioned I needed to be somewhere with my daughter in 1 1/2 hours would that be enough time and he said I have a loaner for you - no worries. That was my first wow because I have never had that offer at another dealership. Abi didn't hesitate to help me in a pinch. Awesome! So now I am in 2015 Acadia for the afternoon and I am literally getting in the car to go to the dealership and Bill calls and says keep the car until Monday, I am trying to get you the best price available on tires and I am not satisfied that we have addressed all of your concerns yet. Nice, no problem I will drive the new car! Monday morning comes Bill calls - good news/bad news - lays it all out, gives me the prices/options. Then we talk tires.....ugh hate buying tires.....he took the time to really talk to me about my options, his opinions and advice and asked that I call him on Tuesday with my decision on which tire was within my budget. He totally got that I live on a budget and only have what I have and worked with me on it. He was able to get me a great deal on my service in the shop and the tires and I am very grateful for his customer service, sincerity and understanding. Thank you Bill Hevel!!!!!!! More

Went back to that dealership twice as I had a concern about the way the car ran. I was not satisfied with their answer nor was more help offered to me. I called Crown Buick and spoke to Lora Calhoun. I told her I had not bought the Buick at her dealership, had not gotten satisfactory help from where I bought the car, and could Crown Buick possibly help me. She enthusiastically said yes, bring the car right in and she would tell Bill Hevel to be expecting me. He was most kind and patient listening to my concern about my Buick. Took me to Lora and to Mike Clark a sales consultant. Each of these 3 people immediately bent over backwards to be professional, kind and helpful to me; again, even though I had not bought my car there. Also, I dealt with Al Leo who took time to show me a Buick like I had when I expressed an interest in one I had seen on the internet, give me a carfax report, and spend time answering my questions. My problem was solved by all four of these people to my satisfaction! Even though Crown is farther from where I live, I will certainly take my car back there if and when it needs any service. Having a car that's less than two years old to trade in makes it difficult to crunch the numbers the way I need to get an awesome new truck. I'm working with Lisa in Sales. She has been patient, honest and diligent in trying to make this deal work. We're not there yet, but I have faith we'll get there soon enough. I grew up a Chevy person in the 70's and have since strayed into foreign lands. But, with the help of Lisa and her Sales Manager, I expect I'll soon be welcomed back into the GM family. More
