Bob spoke honestly with me about what he thought were the pros and cons of purchasing a new vehicle. With the 2015 on the horizon, he candidly, at his expense, suggested waiting on them to arrive. Eventually, I decided on a newer used one, but Bob was never pushy and always was supportive and honest with me about his thoughts. This is, at least, the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Crown. SUPERIOR SERVICE I was looking for a car for my mother for Christmas. He made my buying experience comfortable with NO PRESSURE. We went for a test drive in the car. He didn't make alot of small talk because he KNEW I was listening for any problems while driving the vehicle. He DIDN'T USE the SCARE TACTIC of "ALOT PEOPLE ARE LOOKING at this car." I did leave and checked out a couple of more dealerships that day. I RETURNED to Eric because of his professional NO PRESSURE SALES APPROACH and the car itself as well.
