He was able to take care of my issues immediately and was able to answer all of my questions professionally. William Hevel was my advisor and he got my car in and out of the service dept effic I had a great experience with the service dept at Crown Buick GMC. William Hevel was my advisor and he got my car in and out of the service dept efficiently. Also, the online appointment was SO wonderful. All I did was put in my phone number, it pulled up my car and was able to make an appt for the exact service, date and time (even next day) I wanted to within a minute. Very happy! More

Bill Hevel set up my appointment and was very courteous. Upon arrival I was greeted by him immediately. He arranged a loaner vehicle for me and I was off and on my way in about 20 minutes. I was to have my oil changed and tired rotated. I also wanted to upgrade my door handles to chrome ones. I asked him to keep my old handles for me and give me a call when everything was done. By 4:30, I hadn't heard from him so I called to check on my truck. It was done but I would have preferred him calling me to let me know. When I went to pick up the truck I was in a terrible hurry and forgot to check if the door handles were in there. They weren't and I did not realize it until long after leaving Crown. I imagine I could have called to get them but I decided not to. The new chrome ones look great. My only complaint would be that Bill could have had a little more attention to detail in calling me and ensuring the handles were there. I was pleased with my experience and would use them again. More
Excellent Service We had just purchased our Yukon XL a couple months ago and I had a back light go out. I brought it in to Crown and they replaced at no expense! David Biagi, my service advisor, treated me with undivided attention, dignity and courtesy. He never made me feel rushed and resolved all of my complaints, Crown's service department is customer friendly and encourages personal rather than electronic communication from the "service advisor" to the mechanic, insuring that a customer's concerns are relayed correctly. Top to bottom, the personnel make you feel that they appreciate your business. More

Michael has bent over backwards to accommodate my needs, even going so far as to pick up my car at work for service and telling me when I did not need service. When my car is returned, it is as clean as if it had been to the car wash. Keep up the great work and I will keep recommending you. More

After some negotiating, we were able to arrive at a deal in me trading in my vehicle in for a new 2015 Regal. I felt I received a fair price for my car and Lisa was great in showing me all of the features of the new car. She took all the time I needed to become comfortable with the operations of the new vehicle. More

Amazing. Craig, Tammy, Bill Tammy, Queen of sales people. So helpful, not at all pushy. She took a brief phone call with me and had two vehicles ready for me when I arrived for Tammy, Queen of sales people. So helpful, not at all pushy. She took a brief phone call with me and had two vehicles ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. We did not even test drive the second one because we loved the first so much. It was perfect. Bill in service was the cherry on our experience. He helped us with getting our hitch installed and has been a breeze to deal with. Craig, the manager, is also wonderful. Very straightforward and friendly. The finance guy even beat my already low interest rate! It was a great buying experience. More
