Over an above I bought a certified pre-owned chevy 1500 from crown a month ago. Two weeks after I bought it I got a shake coming from the back end and took it to di I bought a certified pre-owned chevy 1500 from crown a month ago. Two weeks after I bought it I got a shake coming from the back end and took it to dimmit ( as they are closer to my house) only to be told I have flat spots in 2 of my tires and kinda pushed away after I told them it was certified with brand new tires after feeling like they were just trying to get cars in an out I got in my truck an scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday at crown. I get to crown on Saturday only to find out actually 3 of my 4 (yes new tires) were bad but not covered by the certified pre-owned warranty. After sitting with Mike Gregory and talking about options he went to bat for me with the used car manager to have that department foot the bill. Needless to say I have 4 new tires and a great outlook on Mike and his team. I will be back to crown and it is because of their customer service. Thank you Mike, pre-owned manager and team for "making it right"! More
