No pushiness, open and honest, and had the car ready to drive with the keys in his hand when I got there. I felt like I was being talked to as a person, and not as a mark, which is important. They were able to match the offer given to me by another dealership for my trade in, and went out of their way to get financing achieved at similar rates to my out of state credit union in order to simplify the purchase (and my credit isn't that great). Next time its time to buy another vehicle, Crown Buick GMC will be the first place we look! More
Quick Service I was having a tire issue on our 2014 Savana Van and stopped at the dealership without an appointment. I was met by a new service advisor....... Within an hour my problem was corrected and I had my van back and it was washed. Crown GMC always delivers great service and that's why I return to this dealership. We had no intention of buying same day. Just knew the sales person would do all the talking. Boy were we surprised. Our sales associate, Bob Cowart, was great. Service experience I had to bring my car back to the dealer due to the service air bag light coming on. I made an appt. for Sat. morning. I brought the car in, and aft I had to bring my car back to the dealer due to the service air bag light coming on. I made an appt. for Sat. morning. I brought the car in, and after an hour was told that they needed to keep the car as multiple "codes" came up on the diagnostics. I was given a loaner. Greg was my service person and was good to work with. He told me it would probably be Tues. before I got the car back which was fine. I waited until Tues. pm before I called to get an update as I had not heard anything from Greg, I spoke with someone and was told that they would be putting the part in that night and then would test drive it and then have Greg call me the next morning to let me know it was ready. By about 11 o'clock the next morning I had not heard anything so I called him back. He stated that they were still working with the car but would try and have it ready early that afternoon. He stated that he may multiple attempts to reach me on Monday but that he must have called the wrong number. He did call at 2 and say the car was ready. I just found the experience a little frustrating not hearing back from anybody initially. I am hoping that this one experience was a fluke. More

Mike had helped me before when I had a problem with my car. He is always most helpful, keeps me informed of repair needs and progress. He is very cheerful, kind and courteous. I now carry his business card in my purse so that if I have a problem I can call on him. More
