Lisa Guttery greeted us when we wal Had a great experience in our (used) new car purchase. We popped in on a Saturday to "look" at Buick Enclaves ... Lisa Guttery greeted us when we walked onto the lot and was patient with us as we looked. Lisa addressed all of our questions and made us feel welcome and not pressured, at all. Lisa also followed up with us and helped us to resolve a couple of minor issues with the car a few days after the purchase. We felt when we left that we not only got a new car, but made a new friend. Great service I purchased a new Buick Enclave and after a few days I noticed a small problem. I went back to Crown and talked to Dave Biagi about it. He recognized I purchased a new Buick Enclave and after a few days I noticed a small problem. I went back to Crown and talked to Dave Biagi about it. He recognized the problem and explained to me the solution and had it done quickly. I was impressed by how things were done and that Dave made sure that I was happy with the repair. My salesperson Lisa Guttery walked me through the entire process. I was basically on auto pilot the whole time. All i had to do was pick out what i wanted. Amy Simpson came around and checked on me as well to see which vehicle i finally decided on. I was then introduced to the Service dept. Chris Sullo setup an appointment for me to come back and add a leveling kit to my truck. When i came back the next day it was a breeze getting my truck serviced. There is a since of family at this dealership. No shyster salespeople like other dealerships (HUUUGE for ex.) More

The BEST Customer Service ever experienced! My husband and I were very impressed with this wonderful dealership and especially the staff. They pull out all the stops and make everyone feels as i My husband and I were very impressed with this wonderful dealership and especially the staff. They pull out all the stops and make everyone feels as if their a V.I.P. Customer. My husband and I were dealing with a patient and were late for our tune up appointment but William Hevel was so wonderful and accommodating and took us right in as if we were right on time. He even had a courtesy van take us to the nearby Cracker Barrell to have lunch, as our Yukon was being serviced , and that was major for me as I was starving and a bit cranky when I arrived because of skipping too many meals that day, and to top it off when we arrived back at the dealership our car was perfectly detailed. We are definitely buying our next vehicle from this wonderful dealership in the near future! Thank you WILLIAM HEVEL and the rest of the staff at Crown Buick GMC! You guys ROCK!
