New car purchase Recently I received a post card from Crown Buick about some deals on a new car. My warranty was about to expire so I thought I'd see what kind of deal Recently I received a post card from Crown Buick about some deals on a new car. My warranty was about to expire so I thought I'd see what kind of deals they had instead of waiting to go back to N.Y. to buy a new car. I met the salesperson, Amy Simpson, at the door and explained to her that my feeling of dealing for a new car is similar to getting a root canal without novacaine. She was unfazed and said she would make this experience as good as she could. She was extremely professional and her expertise of her products great. She was not pushy or over zealous, just friendly and helpful. Amy made this experience fairly nice, it would never be a pleasure, but fairly nice is good. She found exactly the Enclave I wanted and a deal was made. Because of the way this transpired I've told many people about it and told them when they need a car to go to Crown and to ask for Amy Simpson, she is the best. More

Great service from Lou Amelio I recently was in the market for a SUV. I was looking into the Yukon and Tahoe. After doing my research I switched sizes and found a Toyota Highlander I recently was in the market for a SUV. I was looking into the Yukon and Tahoe. After doing my research I switched sizes and found a Toyota Highlander Limited. The car was located at a different Crown dealership. Lou and the staff helped arrange the transfer and held it for me. I know this car was in demand and they still stuck by there word and held it at the GMC dealership for me. Lou came in on his day off to finalize the deal for me. This is my second purchase through a Crown dealer and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. There were other staff members who helped in the process as well and deserve to be mentioned. Tommy Geer helped start the car search process. George Kozlowski helped with Finance. More
