Impressed thus far . . . I bought a pre-owned car from Crown Buick GMC on 3/29 and picked it up on 3/31 (they were adding a trailer hitch so we could attach my husband's scoot I bought a pre-owned car from Crown Buick GMC on 3/29 and picked it up on 3/31 (they were adding a trailer hitch so we could attach my husband's scooter lift and transferring the wiring from the car we traded in). They have been extremely helpful in working out some minor glitches with the vehicle (finding a book so we better understand the vehicle -- since there was not one in the car, looking for floor mats for the front seat which were not in the car, battery problems, etc.). My only complaint is the time spent at the dealership the day a decision was made about the car (I was there about 7 hours and we had arranged financing with our credit union so that was not being handled at Crown). Overall I would rate their performance excellent and look forward to a continued great relationship with the Crown staff. More

The GM Craig, sales associates Tony and Jim and entire team were extremely knowledgeable and made us feel like family. They worked effortlessly and graciously to ensure our experience was nothing short of excellent. I've leased/purchased numerous luxury vehicles and was sold on the Crown team to meet my future needs. I wasn't able to finish my review.So here I come: I have been a GMC client for over 40 years, and I must say that the frontline people make a difference between a good dealership and an excellent dealership, and Crown is blessed to have a man like Bill Hevel on the frontline, because I have never had a rep like Bill before, and in my opinion rating Crown GMC and Bill Hevel with 5 stars is not sufficient, "I recommend 10 stars". Very Professional and Courteous I received an appointment quickly for a malfunctioning air conditioner. Bill told me they would diagnose the problem and if they could fix it relative I received an appointment quickly for a malfunctioning air conditioner. Bill told me they would diagnose the problem and if they could fix it relatively quickly they would or if not they would provide a loaner. A loaner was not required, problem solved and some recall item was taken care of plus they washed my truck. Waiting room is very good and all went very well. I liked the experience and will come back this dealership when service is due. More
