Thorough Diagnostic and Minor Repair Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I had just bought a used GMC Sierra with 100K miles on it and he told me all of the usual Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I had just bought a used GMC Sierra with 100K miles on it and he told me all of the usual changes needed on a car with that mileage, as well as what listed in the guidelines. After inspection he told me what would be needed soon, what looked ok for now but should be addressed somewhat soon, and what I wouldn't absolutely need. Best customer service around! I just used Crown GMC today for the first time and I was amazed! I dropped my car off at 730 and all of the things that needed fixed, were done in 3 I just used Crown GMC today for the first time and I was amazed!
