Replace my car due to an auto accident We had a car accident and had to replace our totaled car. We stopped in to Crown Buick just to browse. Met Lisa Guttery who showed us about 8 cars b We had a car accident and had to replace our totaled car. We stopped in to Crown Buick just to browse. Met Lisa Guttery who showed us about 8 cars both new and used. No pressure, just the facts about the cars was given. We left to visit other dealerships and Lisa invited us back whenever we were ready to buy. Two days later we went back but Lisa was not available so Mike Clark helped us out until Lisa was free. We picked a car and Mike explained it in great detail. We made an offer to Jarrad, He countered and we made the deal Mike offered to follow us to the rental car company and bring us back to the dealership . We had not taken the time for lunch, so Mike went out to buy it for us The car was prepped and we drove it home shortly thereafter. Best car buying experience we have ever had. They let us make all the decisions, They only showed the products, We would definitely purchase another Buick from Crown Buick. More
