This was an intermittent noise that seem to manifest whenever there wasn't a service tech to hear or witness it. Not only did he make time for me despite his busy schedule, as I did not have an appointment , but he also resolved the issue which was just a minor concern and not a safety issue at all. Easiest Truck purchase ever! I knew I wanted a 2016 GMC Sierra Truck. I researched and knew what model and options and colors I wanted. I knew what a "fair purchase price" would b I knew I wanted a 2016 GMC Sierra Truck. I researched and knew what model and options and colors I wanted. I knew what a "fair purchase price" would be, again based on my on line research. I started with Crown Buick / GMC based on their solid reputation, locally here in Pinellas County. After I made one visit and looked at what 2016 inventory they had on the lot, there was one that was very close, but not exactly what I was looking for. Instead of trying to convince me to buy the one on their lot, they immediately searched other dealers in the greater Tampa Bay area (and all of Florida, for that matter) and found the exact model I was looking for. That's what I called customer service...NOT trying to make a bigger profit by selling one of their own trucks, but finding one that I wanted, and I'm sure, sacrificing some profit for Crown. My sales rep, Tom C and the GM of the dealership (Craig B) couldn't' have been more accommodating in making this by far the most pleasant vehicle purchasing experience ever! The trade in process (for my 2007 Ford F-150) was also very easy and resulted in my 100% satisfaction of the trade in offer made. I highly recommend Crown, plain and simple. Gary R More

GMC Sierra Denali Service I had just moved from Miami to St. Petersburg a few months ago and both the Stabilitrak Light and the Brake Light were coming on when the vehicle was I had just moved from Miami to St. Petersburg a few months ago and both the Stabilitrak Light and the Brake Light were coming on when the vehicle was driven. I had never been to this dealership before, so I called them and made a service appointment. They immediately scheduled me for first thing the next morning. I was met by the Business Elite Advisor William Hevel once I arrived who was friendly, courteous and very thorough writing up my service order. The vehicle was immediately taken to service to get diagnosed. Very shortly after the vehicle went to service William came to find me along with Chris Barnes the service technician. Both William and Chris clearly explained to me what exactly needed to be serviced. I OK'd the work to be done and Chris immediately made the necessary repairs in a much shorter time than I had anticipated!! The work was done beyond my expectations and the service issue was corrected. What made this experience top notch was both William and Chris's professionalism, along with the care that was given to my vehicle. I am a very fussy person and I take pride in my vehicles, as did both William and Chris servicing my vehicle. From now on only Crown Buick GMC will be my source for my automobile service needs.
