When my wife and I got there, Lou was very patient considering that we were late due to traffic. Lou was knowledgeable about the GMC Terrain in which we were interested. He had both ready for us to test drive and showed us each feature and how they functioned. We knew what we wanted, negotiated the deal and left that night with the vehicle. Thanks to Mike and Kim for their friendliness and working with us during the seamless no pressure negotiation process. We came back the next day to get the vehicle washed and gas only because by the time we got there it was almost time for the dealership to close. In the main time, we were dropped off at a local restaurant for breakfast by Brian the courtesy driver. The experience with Brian was as if though we were dignitaries visiting a foreign country. This has been The BEST vehicle purchase we've made not only because we got the vehicle and deal we wanted but also because of the experience we received at The Crown GMC Buick dealership. More

I had seen the commercials on TV and just wanted to know a bit more My husband and I came into the dealership just to look at the new Buick Envision. I had seen the commercials on TV and just wanted to know a bit more about it. We were immediately greeted by Mike Mathis, who is a wonderful person, and he set us up with Lou Amelio. Lou was a pleasure to meet. He showed us the Envision and went over the features with us and answered questions I needed and wanted to know. We went on a test drive and immediately fell in love with it. There was no pressure involved as we wanted to think about it for the rest of the week end. On Monday, figures were all given to us and we purchased it that night. Would recommend crown Buick-GMC and Lou to others as it was one of the best experiences we had purchasing a new car. More

I spoke with Tom Chenel previously and asked him if he would be able to take a couple more pictures of the vehicle just to make sure it was something I was really interested in. Within minutes Tom had those pictures over to me. I took the drive out, and ended up taking the car for a test drive. This was the first dealer I ever been too where noone was forceful to make a sale. The dealership itself is kept beautiful. They have wifi available for guests and the bathrooms are so clean you almost dont even want to use them. Tom Chenel and I was able too reach an agreement on price for my trade in and he was able to get me into the Nissan. Great staff of people over there at crown automotive. Would highly highly recommend them. More
