Excellent Experience Recently, I've been shopping around for a Buick Encore. I was torn between two separate Encores, each at different dealerships, when I saw the price a Recently, I've been shopping around for a Buick Encore. I was torn between two separate Encores, each at different dealerships, when I saw the price and specs on the one this dealership had for sale. I was greeted right away by Sarge.To be very honest with you all, I was ready for the shot caller, not-gonna-budge-on-the-price kind of salesman as I had been dealing with for the last few weeks. Sarge is one of the most down to earth people who treated me like a friend. He is very knowledgeable with the product, no pressure kind of salesman, and most importantly, he and his boss, Jarrad, wanted to make a sale that would work for what I was looking for. They were excited to have me there. They were excited to assist in any way they could, and they did. I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out. Great people at this dealership. I was not going to this dealership to buy a vehicle. I was picking up a friend who dropped off her car to be serviced and I looked around at the vehi I was not going to this dealership to buy a vehicle. I was picking up a friend who dropped off her car to be serviced and I looked around at the vehicles on the lot. Who knew I was actually going to buy one!!!! My salesman, Tony Clousen, was extremely knowledgeable explaining all the electronics in my Buick Encore. These electronics are all new to me, so I really appreciated his time!!!! He was ready to leave for vacation, but he waited for me to arrive to take ownership of my new luxury vehicle. He stayed with me and went over everything in my vehicle until I fully understood all of it. I had another question for him after I left, called him on his cell phone while he was en-route to his vacation destination, and he called me right back. Amazing! I also had a problem using Bluetooth, drove into the service department where Chris helped me figure it out. John Peeples in finance was also very helpful in getting all the paperwork done and Bob Patterson, Sales Manager, was very helpful in getting to the price I was comfortable paying. LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!!! I will definitely tell all my friends about such a friendly, no pressure dealership!!!! Thank you all!!!! More
