Got us exactly what we wanted. Just want to say thank you again to "Sarge". We walked into the dealership on the fence as to what exactly we were looking for. We had a 2009 Yukon and were considering an Acadia, a Sierra or another Yukon. They were all extremely patient with us while we gradually weeded out our options and decided on another Yukon. They were able to get us the one we wanted and add the couple extra finishing touches we asked for. The negotiations were easy and they met us where we wanted to be. Signing all the paperwork was as painless as possible and was explained in easily understood detail by John Peeples. He was very knowledgeable as well as had a great sense of humor which always helps in any situation. Jumping back a step, during the negotiations, everything was presented to us in computer print outs, not just unreadable scribble on a piece of paper never to be understood by anyone except the sales manager himself. It was nice to deal with a dealership as a whole who was not only professional, but also was lighthearted enough to enjoy a little banter to ease the tension of what is always a stressful endeavor. Thanks again to the whole staff that had any of our paperwork cross your desks. I hope it's a few years before we're in the market for another new vehicle, but Crowm GMC will be our first stop and most likely our last. More
