At the time we had traveled from Orlando because Crown had the right truck at the right price. Now this year we have traveled from Venice to have the truck serviced because we weren't pleased with the service that we had received from our local Venice dealer to see if there was any difference. Man! was there a difference. Like night and day! I made service appointment on line and was contacted almost immediately by Bill Hevel. He was able to give me the day and time that I had requested and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns relative to a recall notice that I had received. Upon arriving at the dealership on the day and time requested I was immediately met by Bill who wrote up our service ticket and had the truck brought in right a way. I had also mentioned to him that my wife had dropped her prized necklace and locket down between the seats where it ended up under the carpet and into the abyss where I couldn't retrieve it. He stated that he would have his best diesel tech David Zisler check it out to see what he could do. My wife and then sat down in the very comfortable waiting area where coffee, water, cookies, popcorn and Wi-Fi are provided at no charge. A short time later David Zig as he likes to be called came out with a big smile on his face and handed my wife her locket. Simply amazing! Thank you to Bill and Zig. We'll be back! More
