When I call, he listens to my problem with my vehicle and gets me right in within the h I have found a service manager who finally understands women. When I call, he listens to my problem with my vehicle and gets me right in within the hour. Finds the problem, fixes, and I'm on my way with a satisfied smile. Dave goes beyond the extra mile to satisfy his customers and make them feel their problem is at the top of his list. His customers talked with me while I waited the short time for our vehicles and they to felt he went beyond his scope to make it happen for their vehicle and to get them out and on their way. Thanks Dave Had an emergency battery issue late in the afternoon, Dave was able to get me in and out by 5 pm. Even took care of recall issues, plus a wash for me. I contacted Bill Hevel and as usual I received outstanding service. Bill, scheduled the appointment immediately. He was very kind and attentive throughout the process of my car being fixed. I was kept in the loop of all issues that came up. I also had the opportunity to discuss the issue with my car with the mechanic Chris Barnes. He was also very kind and explained my issues so I understood exactly what was happening and what needed to be taken care.
