Service work with car wash that took way too long. A free car wash is provided with the service appointment. However, I am extremely disappointed with how long it took to get the car from the wash. I checked a couple places and they needed my truck for a week. I took it to Crown Buick GMC, and their service writer, Dave Biagi, he took my service contract did all the paperwork and they had my truck done in a day and a half. Not only was this the best service but fast and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience and Dave Biagi took care of everything. I would highly recommend Crown Service for the best experience I have ever had with a repair facility. Thank you Dave Biagi for the excellent customer service. More
